  • Returns are only accepted if the product received is damaged during transit, the wrong product was delivered, or the item is missing from the order.

  • To request a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.

  • Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Once the issue is verified and approved by our team, a replacement or refund will be initiated. Refunds for prepaid orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Turil.

  • Turil reserves the right to reject return or refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Shipping Policy

  • Turil currently ships across India. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days.

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp where applicable.

  • Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation. Free shipping offers may apply on select orders or promotional campaigns.

  • Turil is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disruptions, or incorrect shipping details provided by customers.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and contact information entered during checkout are accurate and complete.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders placed on Turil may be cancelled only before they are shipped or dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may contact our support team for assistance in eligible cases.

  • If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Turil reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or operational issues. In such cases, customers will be notified and eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.
